We offer a suite of clinical positions ranging from $50K to $160K per year as W2 or 1099. The therapist that joins us benefits from some of the best payer rates, and our marketing efforts to build and maintain your caseload with the client that you will choose.
Clinical Collaboration
Our technology and clinical infrastructures enable communities of clinicians to improve outcomes of care and access to therapy. Our unique outcome-based communities support your clinical work and facilitate you in your therapeutic work.
Learning Environment
The Resilience Institute offers post-graduate, licensed clinicians–including mental health counselors, psychologists, and social workers–with continued training to guarantee patients the highest quality of service and contemporary care.
Community Driven
We are building the largest and most diverse community of clinicians practicing evidence-based therapy using various modalities personalized to the individual. Our community is focused on serving and supporting clinicians and is organized in various support groups and learning environments. Our therapists with a full case-load are granted stock options in Resilience Lab.
